C & A Paving Co., Inc. was first formed in 1994 by Brian Callahan and Gary Adams. It was a small operation that employed a handful of employees; work consisted mostly of residential driveways. The company expanded quickly over the next ten years.

In 2007 Gary Adams retired and in the following year Tony Martarano joined the team.  In 2009 the company acquired a hot plant, which is now located on Ten Mile Creek Road. The focus of the company has shifted largely to commercial site work, heavy highway and roadwork, rotomilling and paving.  We work closely with local municipalities such as Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), Ada County Highway District (ACHD), Nampa Highway District, and Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) on new road construction and roadway rehab.

C & A Paving Co., Inc. employs 40 to 80 employees at any one time, depending on the season. We are fortunate to have had continued growth in a down economy.
